Camelia has built a solid career of more than 15 years in international and sustainability project management, with deep expertise in optimising processes and resources. As a certified project manager, she has led large-scale projects in Germany, one of the most complex regulatory environments in the world.

Over her career she has worked with leading financial institutions such as BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, the Deutsche Bundesbank and the European Central Bank, managing complex digital transformation and process optimisation projects in highly regulated industries such as banking and finance.

She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, all reflecting her commitment to excellence in project management and process optimisation.

Camelia holds an MBA in Finance from California State University, San Francisco, USA, and a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from ESB Business School, Reutlingen, Germany, one of Europe’s most respected business schools.

In Romania, she studied at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Timișoara, earning a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics.

With more than 15 years’ experience in banking and fintech, Dacian has always been at the forefront of digital innovation and investment solutions. He has developed and implemented advanced financial solutions for start-ups and leading financial institutions, helping to launch transformative products on the European market.

Working on large projects in Germany, one of Europe’s strictest financial markets, he helped create financial products that combine profitability with social and environmental impact for leading banking and fintech companies such as Deutsche Börse, State Street, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas and Solarisbank.

As a project and product manager, Dacian played a key role in developing digital banking platforms and solutions that meet Germany’s demanding regulatory requirements, integrating fintech solutions into a traditional banking framework and delivering personalised financial services.

Another defining project was at Deutsche Börse, where he managed the development of complex asset tokenisation products, combining blockchain technology with traditional financial systems.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), confirming his skills in managing and delivering complex projects in leading international organisations.

In Romania, he studied at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Timișoara, earning a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

With solid experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, Alexandru is passionate about online growth strategies and sales process optimisation. A graduate of the Faculty of Marketing and the Master’s in Digital Marketing at the West University of Timișoara, he ran his own business on Amazon, applying advanced SEO, funnel marketing and product optimisation strategies.

In recent years he has focused on integrating sustainability into business, with digital solutions that support companies’ transition to more responsible practices. Alexandru is certified in GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards), which allows him to contribute to sustainability reports under the most widely recognised international standards.

Alexandru understands the practical challenges companies face with new reporting requirements and helps them turn sustainability requirements into competitive advantages. Through his expertise in data analysis and communication strategy, he helps organisations navigate new regulations and implement effective, accessible solutions.
